Hula Hooping Workshop Toowoomba
For the beginners or if you have done hooping before feel free to join. I will be teaching and guiding everyone through how to hula. Great if you want to get out and about and get in a bit of exercise.
Hula hooping is really good for burning calories and getting activating your muscles/connective tissue . It is a great core and full body workout, improves your spine's strength and flexibility, hand eye coordination and motor skills and certain movements even helping with thyroid issues.
Ages 7+ usually suitable.
