Yoga Bhava is run and owned by Aleea, an animated and energetic hula hooping yogi. Born and bred in Toowoomba, a mum who has an amazing 5 year old that continues to teach her about life and love daily. She is a huge animal lover and her hobbies include playing around with fire twirling or the fire hoop, playing various musical instruments, skateboarding, surfing, embracing naturalism and seeing the beach and sky as much as possible, not necessary all at the same time.
She studied a 350hr Yoga Teacher Training course in 2016 through Yoga Rhythms. And an additional 100 hr Yin Yoga training course in 2017 through Satori Yoga.
Yoga Bhava has been around for well over a year now, Aleea travels about and runs many sessions in various places. Classes for the elderly, children including schools and daycare's, before weddings, parties, markets, special events, private one on one, work places, gyms, sports expos and more. She loves hosting retreats and anything to do with events, putting together words, and creating videos - be sure you check out the YouTube link below. She is also extremely very passionate about nude yoga and empowering females to be the very best they can be.

In Bhakti yogic philosophy, Bhava is considered the centre of spiritual feelings and affections, as well as the heart and everlasting soul, the true self.
